Ingredients
- Pulsed Cashew - 2 Cup
- Jaggery Powder - 1 Cup Note : you can also use Tots and Moms Jaggery Powder
- Sesame - ½ Cup
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
Method
- Firstly in a mixer take 2 cups of cashew and blend it to make a pulse.
- Dry roast the sesame seeds, and add grated jaggery or use Tots and Moms Jaggery powder.
- To this add in powdered cashew, ghee and mix well.
- Now transfer to the tray, press and level up making sure it is set uniformly.
- Cut into pieces or your desired shape. You can also make laddu using this mixture.
- Finally enjoy Cashew Sesame Burfi
