Ingredients

  1. Pulsed Cashew - 2 Cup
  2. Jaggery Powder - 1 Cup  Note : you can also use Tots and Moms Jaggery Powder
  3. Sesame - ½ Cup
  4. Ghee - 2 tbsp

Method

  1. Firstly in a mixer take 2 cups of cashew and blend it to make a pulse.
  2. Dry roast the sesame seeds, and add grated jaggery or use Tots and Moms Jaggery powder.
  3. To this add in powdered cashew, ghee and mix well.
  4. Now transfer to the tray, press and level up making sure it is set uniformly.
  5. Cut into pieces or your desired shape. You can also make laddu using this mixture.
  6. Finally enjoy Cashew Sesame Burfi
