Sleep Resistance in Children – Impact | Importance | Tips to Encourage Good Sleep

Sleep Resistance in Children: This is something we all are observing in kids these days. All they want is to play, talk, screen time, and not to forget their busy schedules of school, tuition and over and above, the activities we have put them in.
My 4 year old kid has to get up at 6 as his school bus arrives at 7.30 am, my 9 year old girl has to wake up at 4.45 am as she has joined Kump-fu classes. My husband and I work and hence, we pick them from my mom’s place around 7 and get very less time with kids on a daily basis, so it easily gets to 10 to 11 p.m. by the time we all hit bed. Also, let us not forget to blame the unhealthy lifestyle that we are personally practicing, binge watching some series till late night as we want some “me time” and relaxation and our kids follow us.
