Sorghum Flakes Vegetable Upma

Method:
1. Soak Sorghum Flakes in water for 5 mins and transfer to a colander to drain for 5 mins.
2. In a thick bottom pan heat oil and temper mustard, curry leaves, ginger, and green chilly
3. Add Boiled Mixed Vegetables and fry for a minute. Now add Sorghum Flakes, Sugar, Salt, and Lemon and Mix.
4. Cover the lid and lower the flame and heat for 2 minutes. Your Sorghum Flakes Upma is ready to be served
