Ingredients
- Sweet Potato – 3 medium sized
- Soya Chunks – 20 numbers
- Onion – ½ chopped
- Garlic – ½ tsp
- Ginger – ½ tsp
- Turmeric –A pinch
- Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
- Garam Masala - pinch
Method
- Wash and cook the Sweet Potatoes with their skin on for 2 whistles and also by preference we can bake them. Once it’s cooked or softened peel them off. Soya chunks are soaked and grinded.
- Mash the Sweet potatoes in a clean glass bowl for mixing, add all the other ingredients mentioned above and mix them well manually.
- Now make small cutlets shape or any desired shape and shallow fry them in Oil both sides to roast and cook them well.
- An additional dip in bread crumbs before shallow frying will deliver the Soya Sweet Potato Cutlets to be crispier. Roast them on both sides to cook well. Also, we can bake them in the oven at 220 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes for faster preparation, or ideally, we can bake it at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes if time is not a constraint.
