Peanut Butter is rich in Folic Acid, Vitamins, Protein, and Fibre. You can make this at home without making a hole in your pocket by buying the store-bought ones. These are easy to make and can be customized as kids liking. Homemade Peanut Butter is including in many kid-friendly recipes which we shall add very soon. There is a myth of Peanut Butter causing allergy, yes there are changes that are below 0.0001% and hence very very rare. Many theories say that it’s best to include all foods before a year to avoid such allergy issues in the future.
This Easy Homemade Peanut Butter for Kids can be given on 12 months + babies. And for 10 months + Made without adding honey, salt, or sugar.

Ingredients
- Peanuts or Groundnuts - 2 cups
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Salt - a pinch
Method
- Dry roast Peanuts or Groundnuts on medium flame until they pop and turn brown
- Cool and remove the skin
- Add all other ingredients and grind to a smooth paste. It will be ready once it starts leaving oil.
- Peanut Butter is ready to be relished
