Ingredients
- Green Moong
- Green Chillies
- Ginger
- Salt
- Rice Flour
- Chopped Onion
- Grated Carrot
- Coriander
Method
- Soak Green Moong Overnight.
- Grind the Soaked Moong along with Ginger, Chillies and Salt.
- Add some Rice flour, Onion, Carrot & Salt to the ground Mixture.
- To this add some water to adjust the consistency.
- Heat Pan and make the Dosas.

Method of making Pesarattu | Green Gram Dosa | Protien Dosa
Soak Green Moong Overnight.
Grind the Soaked Moong along with Ginger, Chillies and Salt.
Add some Rice flour, carrot, onion & coriander leaves to the ground Mixture.
To this add some water & adjust the consistency.
Heat Pan and make the Dosas. Green Gram Dosa is ready to serve with some chutney.
