Stomach Massage for Babies
Gas is very common in babies, but some have a tougher time with it than others. The more they cry, the more air they take in. You donât have to watch helplessly.
Digestion massage can help your baby with any of the following:

1. Colic
2. Constipation
3. Excessive wind
4. Tummy troubles in general
Things to remember before you begin the massage:Â
   Â
1. Timing is key. Wait for at least 30 minutes after feeding before giving a massage.
2. Make eye contact soothe baby and ensure baby is calm and active and ready for a massage
3. Remove all jewelry ensuring you donât hurt your baby
4. Place baby on soft cloth or mat
5. Use a baby-safe oil
6. Stop when your baby shows signs of irritation or cries
7. Keep talking and keep baby engaged
8. Being consistent is very important

1. Pour oil on hands and rub to heat your otherwise cold fingers
2. Paddle Strokes
3. Wind Walk

5. Legs up and hold
6. Tummy Twists- twist the thighs in the opposite direction
