Dry Fruits Powder for babies :

Ingredients
- Pistachio - ¼ cup
- Almonds – ¼ cup
- Cashew nuts – ¼ cup
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp (optional)
- Nutmeg - 1/2 grated (optional)
- Saffron strands - 5-8 (optional)
Method
- Pistachio, almonds and cashew nuts are taken in a bowl with 1/4 cup each.
- Nutmeg and turmeric are kept accessible for the use later in the preparation.
- Pistachio, almonds and cashew nuts are fried individually on a medium flame. Fry them till the color changes to roasted shade. Saffron strands are also dry fried
- Transfer them to a plate to cool them well.
- After it’s completely cooled, transfer them to a zip lock cover and vacuum it.
- Once this is ready, we can gently use a mortar, stone or rolling pin to crush the dry fruits content.
- The crushed mixture is transferred to the mixer.
- Now ½ tsp of turmeric and half grated nutmeg is added.
- Now the mixer contents are added the mixer and ensured small turns, while grinding.
- The powder is made sure its grounded well.
- The dry fruits powder is ready to use once cooled.

Note –

- Make sure the ingredients are completely dry before blending them in the mixer
- Please do not blend very finely and continuously, to avoid the nuts from leaving the oil and to maintain the powder consistency
- Store in dry air-tight containers and refrigerate them for using it for a month’s time.
