Ingredients

  1. Sprouted Ragi – ½ cup
  2. Banana – 1 mashed
  3. Coconut – 1 tbsp grated
  4. Kesar Almond powder – 2 tsp (optional)
  5. Salt – A pinch (optional)
  6. Organic Jaggery Powder – 1 tbsp

Method

  1. Mix Organic Jaggery powder – 1 tbsp to 2 tbsp Milk/Water mix it well and keep aside for it to melt gradually.
  2. Mash the banana and keep it ready. Now mix it to the Milk/Water and Jaggery mixture.
  3. Now mix all the other ingredients mentioned above that is Sprouted Ragi flour – ½ cup, a pinch of Salt (optional), Kesar Almond powder, Coconut grated 2 tsp and mix it well to get a desirable consistency batter,  add Milk/ water as needed to get a thick batter consistency. Pour the batter onto a heated non-stick tava to make thick pancakes and roast both sides.
  4. Tasty and sweet Instant Ragi Dosa – Sweet version ready to relish for the toddlers and family.
