Ingredients

  • Ash Gourd - 200 gms

Method

  1. Take a fresh piece of Ash gourd. Remove the skin and seeds from it.
  2. Cut it into manageable chunks and grate it in a thick grater.
  3. Transfer the grated Ash gourd into a blender jar. This is a multipurpose Wonder chef blender jar used to make purees and for juicing as well. Do not add extra water, water content in the Ash gourd is just sufficient to blend it.
  4. Strain the blended mixture using a strainer to a bowl. Muslin cloth would work best. And use the leftover to make chapati dough.
  5. Transfer the strained juice into the serving glass and consume it immediately.
  6. Ash Gourd juice is ready to be served.

Method of making Ashgourd Juice
