An amazing combination of ingredients getting together for Instant Brownie mix to be stored and kept ready for later use, and for now let’s bake it and serve with Ice cream for celebration time or relaxation time. Ingredients
For Brownie Mix
- Wheat Flour – 2 ½ cups
- Powdered Sugar – 1 ½ cup
- Salt – A pinch
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – ½ cup
- Baking Powder – 1 tsp
- Coffee Powder – 1 tsp
For Brownie
- Brownie Mix – 1 ½ cup
- Curds – ½ cup
- Milk – ½ cup
- Vanilla Essence – ½ tsp
- Oil – 1/3 cup
- Choco Chips – ¼ cup (or 150 grams Grated Chocolate)
Method
- Add Wheat Flour – 2 ½ cups, Powdered Sugar – 1 ½ cup, Salt – A pinch, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – ½ cup, Baking Powder – 1 tsp, Coffee Powder – 1 tsp and mix. Firstly sieve the above added dry powders and store them in an air-tight container for future further use.
- Now add all the wet ingredients mentioned above Curds – ½ cup, Milk – ½ cup, Vanilla – ½ cup, Oil – 1/3 cup, Choco Chips – ¼ cup ( or 150 grams Grated Chocolate) to a mixing bowl and add the Instant Brownie Mix to it, mix well for uniform blend of the ingredients and its ready to bake.
- Set a temperature of 180 degree for 30 minutes and place the Brownie dough on a greased baking plate and allow for baking well.
- Serve the baked Brownie with Vanilla Ice cream and spread the love of baking to the entire family.
Note :
For Kids above 1.5 years of age this can be served. And in specific before 6 pm to avoid the nearing sleep time disturbances.
