- Sprouted Green Gram - 2 cups
- Carrot - 1 grated
- Pomegranate - 1/2 cup
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Salt - As needed
- Tadka - 1 tsp (Optional)
Method
- Take a mixing bowl and add the ingredients one by one. To start with let's add Sprouted Green Gram - 2 cups, Carrot - 1 grated, Pomegranate - 1/2 cup, Lemon Juice - 1 tsp, Salt as needed, and Tadka. Mix all the ingredients evenly and garnish with Curry Leaves for a traditional taste.
