Method of making Carrot Coins

1. Keep all the ingredients ready and pour them into a bowl. Mix all the ingredients well to form a dough-like consistency

2. Sprinkle water if needed. Make small balls and flatten them to make tikkis, patties, or coin-like.

3. Heat a pan, add Ghee to shallow fry our Carrot Coins.

4. Cook it on both sides till the color changes.

5. Our Carrot Coins are ready to be served to your little ones or for your tea time snack.

  2. Gram flour – 2 tsp
  3. Rice flour 21/2 tsp
  4. Pepper powder – pinch
  5. Water little

Method
