Carrot Milkshake for Toddlers & Kids makes for a refreshing drink during the evenings. This delicious milkshake is made with cooked carrot and all-natural sweeteners topping the health quotient. Kids who otherwise resist having carrots would surely love the new flavor. This is naturally sweetened using dates powder and honey. You can also use other healthy sweeteners like dates syrup, raisins syrup, or just a few soft dates.

Carrot Milkshake for Toddlers & Kids

Ingredients
- Carrot - 1 grated
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Dates Powder - 4 tsp
- Honey - 2 tsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- Almonds - 10(optional)
Method
- Take a wide pan and add grated carrot. Add 1/4 cup of water just enough to cook carrot.
- Cook the carrot and water mixture until the carrot turns soft and allow it to cool a bit.
- Take all the ingredients and a blender jar. Add cooked carrot, followed by dry dates powder and honey. You can even add soaked and peeled almonds to make it more nutritious.
- Add milk and blend all the ingredients together. Its good to blend all the ingredients first and just add milk at the last turn to ensure all ingredients are well grinded.
- Transfer the milkshake to a glass.
- Carrot Milkshake is ready to be served.

Method of making Carrot Milkshake

3. Take all the ingredients and a blender jar. Add cooked carrot, followed by dry dates powder and honey. You can even add soaked and peeled almonds to make it more nutritious. 
4. Add milk and blend all the ingredients together. It’s good to blend all the ingredients first and just add milk at the last turn to ensure all ingredients are well ground. 
5. Transfer the milkshake to a glass.
6. Carrot Milkshake is ready to be served.

Note :
1. Feel free to replace dry dates powder with sugar.
2. A milkshake can be made using raw carrots for kids above 2 years.
3. Serve chilled during summer.
4. Use cooked milk if necessary.
