A combination of juicy sweetcorn, chewy paneer or cottage cheese, and tangy tomatoes with a little bit of spice will make your toddlers, kids, or adults as well to wish for more.
It’s a perfect combination of carbs, proteins & other essential nutrients that is required for growing children. Also satisfies their developing taste buds. This salad or chaat is a great snack for fitness freaks, providing the required nutrition without blowing their diet. Just skip or reduce the quantity of butter/ ghee.
Can be given to 1 year + with less spice. For older kids & adults can be adjusted as required.

SWEET CORN PANEER CHAT for Toddlers, Kids & Family

Ingredients
- Sweetcorn - 1 cup
- Paneer cubes - 100 gms
- Onion - 1/2 chopped
- Tomato - 1/2 chopped
- Butter / ghee - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chat masala - 1/4 tsp
- Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves - for garnishing
Method
- Take a pan and add ghee followed by Sweet Corn Kernels.
- Fry the Sweet Corn Kernels until cooked for about 5 minutes and then add all the masala as listed. First Chat Masala.
- Then add Pepper Powder and Salt.
- Now add Paneer cubes and give it a quick mix allow to cool down a bit. Later add in the finely chopped onion.
- Followed by chopped tomato and chopped coriander leaves. Mix and Serve the Sweet Corn Paneer Chat.
