Green Gram Laddu is a very healthy traditional laddu that takes minimal time and turns out super tasty and super nutritious because of the nutty flavor of green gram. Green Gram Laddu for Toddlers & Kids
Green Gram Laddu for Toddlers & Kids

Ingredients
- Green Gram - 1/2 cup
- Assorted Nuts Powder - 2 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Water - 2 tsp
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Cashewnuts - 15
- Raisins - 10
Method
- At first, take Green Gram in a thick bottom pan or Kadai and dry roast it until it turns brown.
- Once it's cool enough you can transfer it to a mixer jar and make a fine powder.
- Take coconut sugar in another bowl and add 2 tsp of water. Put it on medium flame until jaggery melts and keep the mixture aside.
- In a wide bowl add powdered Green Gram followed by Nuts Powder.
- Cardamom powder, ghee, and then melted Jaggery.
- Add any nuts of your choice by frying it in ghee for 2 minutes. Here I'm adding Cashewnuts. Bring in all the ingredients together and make small size laddoos.
- Green Gram Laddu is all ready to be served.
