Ingredients
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Makhana - 1 cup
- Milk – 1 cup
- Cardamom – ¼ tsp
- Organic Jaggery – 1 ½ tsp or Palm Sugar or Regular Sugar
- Sooji/ Rava – 1 tbsp
Method
- Add Ghee – 1 tsp to a hot non-stick pan and add Makhana - 1 cup to it and roast it to crisp and once cooled grind it in a mixer jar.
- Roast the Sooji - 1 tbsp in a frying pan and once roasted add the Makhana mixer powder to it and mix well.
- Add Milk – 1 cup, Cardamom – ¼ tsp, Organic Jaggery – 1 ½ tsp and a little Ghee for cooking the ingredients and enhancing the taste. Once the ingredients are blend well its ready and good to serve it hot.
- Tasty , nutritious and mouth watering Makhana Sooji Kheer is ready to be relished.

Method of making Makhana Sooji Kheer
