3 Veg Purees for Babies & Toddlers

Ingredients
- Carrot - 1
- Cinnamon Powder - A pinch
- Potato - 1
- Garlic - 1 pod
- Beetroot - 1
- Cumin Powder - A pinch
Method
Carrot Puree
- Wash, peel, and dice the Carrot in abstract sizes.
- Transfer the Chopped Carrot onto the steamer basket for few minutes.
- Now transfer the softened Carrot to the blender or food processor to blend it into a fine smooth puree. The boiled Carrot water can be added to the puree in case we want the puree to be runny.
- Add a pinch of Cinnamon Powder to the puree and serve to feed the baby.
Potato Puree
- Wash, peel, and dice the Potato in abstract sizes.
- Transfer the Chopped Potato, Garlic Pod onto the steamer basket for few minutes.
- Now transfer the softened Potato to the blender or food processor to blend it into a fine smooth puree.
- The boiled Potato water with Garlic can be added to the puree in case we want the puree to be runny.
- Serve it to the baby to explore and eat by themselves to try Baby-led weaning.
Beetroot Puree
- Wash, peel, and dice the Beetroot in abstract sizes.
- Transfer the Chopped Beetroot onto the steamer basket for few minutes.
- Now transfer the softened Beetroot to the blender or food processor to blend it into a fine smooth puree.
- Add a pinch of Cumin Powder to taste and mix well. The boiled Beetroot water can be added to the puree in case we want the puree to be runny.
