Find below a legume and cereal mix recipe for breakfast, that is enriched with nutrition and taste. Also can be a nourishing snack for your child’s tiffin box.

Moong and oats are the best foods that you can think about your child. Both healthy sources of fiber and protein. Helps in easy digestion and overall development of your child. Moong and oats are blended to make awesome protein-rich toast. Can be given to 12 months + babies.

Ingredients
- Moong (soaked) – 1 cup
- Oats – 1 cup
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Green Chillies – 2 small
- Sugar – optional
- Ghee – For roasting
Method
- Take a blender. Add moong (soaked), oats, ginger, chillies, sugar.
- Blend it to a smooth paste. Transfer the paste in a bowl.
- Take slice of bread and apply the paste generously to one side.
- Heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry the bread slice from both the sides until golden brown.
- Moong Oats Toast is ready to serve.
