Pumpkin Kebab – Immune Boosting Snack : Pumpkins are rich in Vitamin A, which helps in building the immune system and strengthening eyesight. One can choose this vegetable for their babies when they start solids. They also contain other necessary nutrients like folate, fiber, iron, and potassium which give necessary supplements for the growth of babies.
Pumpkin Kebab – Immune Boosting Snack : Pumpkin Kebab is one of the easy and quickly prepared snacks for babies and elders. We can pack it for a kid’s lunch box, treat it as an evening snack, and also one can have this for their light dinner along with some curd and onions.
This time our blog is ready to post a unique and different snack recipe named pumpkin cutlet or kebab which is healthy for both babies and elders. It can be given to babies above 8 months. To prepare this recipe I have also used boiled potatoes, rice flour, and some spices to get some crunchy ness and taste yummier.

Ingredients
- Pumpkin
- Potato
- Salt & Chilli Powder
- Coriander Leaves
- Rice Flour
Method
- De-skin the Pumpkin and grate it
- In a pan add oil and fry the grated pumpkin till it’s cooked
- To this add mashed potatoes, salt, chilli powder & Coriander leave
- Make them into desired shapes and roast on a pan
- Finally Pumpkin Kebab is ready to serve

Method of making Pumpkin Kebab – Immune Boosting Snack
1. De-skin the Pumpkin and grate it.
2. In a pan add oil and fry the grated pumpkin till it’s cooked.
3. To this add mashed potatoes, salt, chilli powder & Coriander leave.
4. Make them into desired shapes and roast on a pan.
5. Finally Pumpkin Kabab is ready to serve.
