Sathu Maavu Aloo Cutlet for Babies, Toddlers and Kids

Ingredients
- Sathu Mavu – ½ cup
- (Health Mix Powder)
- Besan/Chickpea Flour – 2 tbsp(optional)
- Potato – 2 boiled
- Fresh Corainder – lil chopped
- Onion – 1 chopped
- Chilly Powder – ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – as needed
- Oil to shallow fry
Method
- Take a dry bowl and mash potatoes into the same bowl
- Add Sathu Maavu or Health Mix Powder
- Add Besan or Chickpea Flour. This is optional, you can skip or add rice flour.
- Add finely chopped Onion and Fresh Coriander Leaves.
- Now add all the spices and salt.
- Mix the ingredients well to form a stiff dough.
- Take some part from the dough and make small balls and flatten them.
- Make a batch ready to cook together.
- Now heat the pan on medium flame and add ghee for frying or cooking the Sathu Maavu Cutlets or Tikki.
- Place the Cutlets on the pan and allow to cook slowly.
- Add Ghee on the other side and turn them to cook.
- After a while these Sathu Maavu Cutlets must be cooked and ready to be served.
