Ingredients
- Makhana/Foxnuts - 2 cup
- Ghee/Oil - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - Few
- Cashews - 1 tbsp
- Groundnuts - 1 tbsp
- Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
Method
- Roast Makhana with some ghee until crisp
- Heat oil, temper some curry leaves.
- Add Cashews and groundnuts and fry
- To it add Spices and mix well.
- Finally add Makhana and mix well.
