Ingredients

  1. Makhana/Foxnuts - 2 cup
  2. Ghee/Oil - 1 tsp
  3. Curry leaves - Few
  4. Cashews - 1 tbsp
  5. Groundnuts - 1 tbsp
  6. Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt - 1 tsp

Method

  1. Roast Makhana with some ghee until crisp
  2. Heat oil, temper some curry leaves.
  3. Add Cashews and groundnuts and fry
  4. To it add Spices and mix well.
  5. Finally add Makhana and mix well.
