You lose hair when your baby starts smiling or says fur!

Postpartum many women, rather I must say all women face hair fall issue. It’s not easy to deal with it as it brings in lots of stress and fear of going bald. The amount of hair we lose in fact is that scary. Many think that it is because of the loss of nutrients in your body. I would like to share limited knowledge on why it happens. Hair fall is routine and if you are losing a bit of hair every now and then it means that your body is healthy. During pregnancy, this cycle stops as Estrogen in our body increases. All the hair which had to fall of stays put. After delivery in 2 to 3 months, the Estrogen level in your body starts decreasing. This is when you start seeing a lot of hair fall. Why did you feel it is lots? As all the hair which had to fall and regrow hasn’t fallen during your pregnancy. And now along with regular hair fall, you are losing all those hair too. It is too much in some cases. But trust me it’s quite natural.
