Ingredients
- Oats - 1/2 Cup
- Walnut powder - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 1 Cup
- Dates powder or Honey - 2 Tsp
- Cardamom - a Pinch
Method
- Take milk in a pan. Add oats and cook it for 3 minutes.
- Add powdered walnuts followed by dates powder. Mix it well. In case you don't have dates powder, use honey.
- Continuously stir until thick. Add a pinch of cardamom or cinnamon powder. Dates & Walnut Oatmeal ready to serve
