Healthy, filling Dates Walnut Oatmeal for Babies, Toddlers and Kids. Oats are very satisfying while dates and walnut add to the nutritional value and taste.

Ingredients

  1. Oats - 1/2 Cup
  2. Walnut powder - 2 tbsp
  3. Milk - 1 Cup
  4. Dates powder or Honey - 2 Tsp
  5. Cardamom - a Pinch

Method

  1. Take milk in a pan. Add oats and cook it for 3 minutes.
  2. Add powdered walnuts followed by dates powder. Mix it well. In case you don't have dates powder, use honey.
  3. Continuously stir until thick. Add a pinch of cardamom or cinnamon powder. Dates & Walnut Oatmeal ready to serve
