Ingredients
- Apple – ½ grated
- Little Millet - 1/3rd cup
- Ghee - 2 tsp
- Water - 1 1/2 cups
Method
- Ingredients are made ready to cook Apple & Little Millet Rice with half grated Apple and 1/3rd cup Little millet. Wash the Little Millet and drain the water.
- Add Ghee - 2 tsp and half grated Apple to it and mix to cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Now add washed Little Millet - 1/3 rd cup to it and mix well.
- Now add 1 1/2 cup water and close the cooker to cook for 3 whistles. Once cooled mix well and serve in a serving bowl.
- Tasty and nutritious Apple & Little Millet Rice ready to serve for babies and as dessert for the family.

Method of making Apple Millet Kheer
1. Ingredients are made ready to cook Apple & Little Millet Rice with half grated Apple and 1/3rd cup Little millet. Wash the Little Millet and drain the water.
2. Add Ghee – 2 tsp and half grated Apple to it and mix to cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Now add washed Little Millet – 1/3 rd cup to it and mix well.
3. Now add 1 1/2 cup water and close the cooker to cook for 3 whistles. Once cooled mix well and serve in a serving bowl.
