Dry Fruits Laddoo for Babies, Kids & Family – No Sugar or Jaggery
DRY FRUITS LADDOO or Dry Fruits Ball

Ingredients
- Dates – 1 cup
- Cashew Nuts – ¼ cup
- Pista – ¼ cup
- Badam/ Almonds – ¼ cup
- Khus/ Khus – 1 tsp (Optional)
- Poppy Seeds – 1 tsp (Optional)
- Sesame seeds – 1 tsp (Optional)
- Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp (Optional)
- Raisins – 20 numbers
- Ghee - 2 tbsp (or as required)
Method
- Take Poppy Seeds and Sesame Seeds and dry roast it for about 2 minutes only and transfer to a bowl or plate to cool down. Add Almond in a pan and roast for 2 minutes, add pista and roast for another 2 minutes at the end add cashew and roast it for a minute or two together. This saves time and ensures all dry fruits here are well roasted.
- Transfer the roasted dry fruits to a plate and allow to cool down completely well. Transfer the dry fruits to a blender jar and make a coarse powder by giving quick an small turns while grinding to avoid lumpy texture. You can even use this Dry Fruits Powder or Nuts Powder.
- Add finely chopped or ground soft Dates to a pan followed by Raisins. Add the freshly made Dry Fruits Mixture.
- Add poppy seeds and sesame seeds mixture. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Add Ghee as required, helps in forming laddus easily. Mix well again and cook for just a minute or two and immediately transfer to a wide plate.
- Apply ghee on your palm and carefully start making balls from the mixture.
- Dry Fruit Ball or Dry Fruits Laddoo is ready to be served.

Method of making Dry Fruits Laddu :
