Ingredients
- Makhana Seeds - 2 Cup
- Sesame - ¼ Cup
- Jaggery - ½ Cup
- Cinnamon Powder - ¼ tsp
- Ghee - little to roast
Method
- Firstly in a wide pan, roast Makhana with ghee until it turns crunchy and transfer it to a plate.
- In the same hot pan add sesame and roast it for 2 minutes.
- Now add jaggery and mix it until it melt's
- To this add a little cinnamon powder and roasted makhana giving it a quick mix.
- Take it out to a plate and wait until it cools down and separate makhana sticking to each other.
- Finally Jaggery Sesame Makhana snacks are ready to be served.
