Discomfort due to diaper :

Baby may get angry due to discomfort from a dirty or wet diaper. Diaper rashes can also cause babies to be irritable and fussy. To prevent this, keep your baby’s diaper clean and dry. Change their diaper often even when it doesn’t seem too wet or dirty. Give them plenty of diaper-free time if possible with each diaper change.
