Ingredients
- Ragi – ½ cup
- Rice flour – ¼ cup
- Apple – ½ grated or pureed
- Banana – 1 medium size
- Milk - 3/4 to 1 cup
- Ghee - 1 tsp
Method
- Firstly peel and mash 1 medium sized Banana in a clean glass bowl. Secondly grate washed and peeled 1/2 portion of Apple in a plate.
- Transfer the grated Apple to a clean mixing glass bowl and to this add the mashed Banana and Ragi Flour - 1/4 cup, Rice flour - 1/4 cup and finally add about 3/4 cup of Milk to this and mix well. Please note the consistency of the Ragi Apple Pancake needs to be thick and not flowing. Add Milk accordingly.
- Once the batter for Ragi Apple Pancake is ready spread it on to a heated non-sticky tava for cooking. Close the lid to cook well.
- Add Ghee to the Ragi Apple Pancake batter and cook both sides. Serve it hot.

Method of preparing Ragi Apple Pancake
