Quick Veggie Bites – Recently, I’ve been obsessed with making Quick Veggie Bites for my family, which are a hit with both kids and adults alike. I came up with the idea one morning when I was thinking of what to make for my kids’ snack box. I used vegetables available at home, prepared an easy dough for patty, cooked it in a little ghee on both sides, and voila! My kids were delighted with the result, so now Quick Veggie Bites are a regular part of our weekly snack box.
