This is a great snack and travel-friendly crackers for the family and kids. The ingredients used are ensured to give taste and ease in digestion as well. Let’s quickly glance at the ingredients. 

Goodness of Sathumavu

Sathumavu is a Health mix powder, homemade Protein-rich mix, highly termed as Baby Cerelac or Ragi seri, Instant Food mix for your growing baby to a toddler.  Sathu maavu is basically a combination of mixed Millet flour that’s sprouted for added nutrients, to make the energy mix. Just take millets of your choice and sprout them, later grind to make powder or flour.

Ingredients

  1. Green Chillies – 4-5 numbers
  2. Onion – 1 chopped
  3. Butter - 100 grams
  4. Paneer – 1 cup Grated
  5. Salt- To taste
  6. Cumin – 1 tsp
  7. Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
  8. Curry Leaves – 4 -5 numbers
  9. Sathumavu – ¾ cup
  10. Whole Wheat – ¾ cup

Method

  1. Keep the ingredient ready for further quick use.
  2. Chopped Green Chillies and chopped Onions are transferred to the mixer.
  3. Grind well to make a fine paste.
  4. Butter is transferred to a Glass bowl and beat well to make it soft.
  5. Paneer 1 cup grated is added to the soft Butter.
  6. Add the Onion and chili paste from the mixer.
  7. Now add salt to taste and Cumin seeds.
  8. Transfer the Sesame seeds and Chopped Curry Leaves to the glass bowl containing the other ingredients.
  9. Blend well with a Beater or manually.
  10. Once it blends well, adds Sathumavu Health Mix ¾th cup, and Whole Wheat 3/4th cup to the glass bowl.
  11. Mix the ingredients to form a well-kneaded Dough for the Sathumavu Paneer Crackers.
  12. Make a huge ball of the dough and cling wrap and refrigerate it for 20 minutes.
  13. Now the dough is ready to roll for further procedures.
  14. Take the dough and roll it thin.
  15. Now stencil the flattened dough to your desired shape.
  16. Place then on the baking paper or butter sheet and bake at 180 degrees for.
  17. Remove the tray from the oven.
  18. Tasty, mouth-watering hot Sathumavu Paneer Crackers are ready to serve.
