Ingredients

  1. Carrot, Beetroot, Brinjal or vegetables of your choice.
  2. Olive oil, Salt, Pepper and Mixed Herbs as needed.

Method

  1. Cut the veggies of your choice into thin slices and spread them on a baking tray.
  2. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and mixed herbs, give it a quick mix.
  3. Bake it for 10 mins in a preheated oven.
  4. Mix it again and preheat in the oven for 10 more minutes.
  5. Take it out and serve Delicious Crispy Baked Veg Crisps.
