Egg Banana Pancake – Weight Gaining Finger Food

Egg Banana Pancake is a quick and easy preparation of pancakes with just 2 ingredients. Egg Banana Pancake is soft in texture and light kids love to munch and is also a great idea to offer when you are thinking of introducing egg to your baby.
Pancakes are always my go-to option when I have to make anything quick and easy. This particular recipe is protein-rich as I have used egg in it and banana it is a great combination for babies in terms of digestion and gives instant energy.
Egg Banana pancakes can be given to babies from 8+ months. For younger babies, you can use only egg yolk and whole egg for babies for over a year. Few recent studies propose offering whole egg to babies and negate the allergy theory, so if you wish to offer it’s better to give in the first half of the day and monitor the child.
Benefits of Egg for babies:
1. Eggs are a great source of protein, containing all essential amino acids.
2. Eggs help with brain development and memory. Choline, an essential nutrient in eggs stimulates brain development and function and improves alertness.
3. Eggs protect your eyesight.
