Pesarattu - Green Gram Dosa for Babies, Toddlers and Kids

Ingredients
- Green Moong Dal = 1 cup
- Rice/ Rice flour – 2 tbsp
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Green Chilly – 2
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- Salt – As required
Method
- Ingredients are kept ready as mentioned above. Wash and soak the Green Gram overnight, now add all the above ingredients to a mixer and grind it to a fine paste.
- Add Water as required for the desired consistency. Pour and spread the Pesarattu – Green gram dosa batter onto a non-stick heated tava. Add Oil or Ghee as per taste, allow the dosa to cook both sides, and then we are good to serve.
- Serve the Pesarattu – Green gram dosa with coconut chutney and Onion chutney.

2. Green Gram Dosa / Pesarattu batter once ready we can use it directly and make dosa’s or we can allow fermenting for it if necessary.
3. No ferment dosa
Method of making Pesarattu:
