When Can I give Paneer to my Baby?
Paneer can be given to babies above 8 months. Note that even Lactose Intolerant Babies can have paneer, cheese, and few more milk products as these are structurally different and easy to digest.

Paneer For Babies

Ingredients
1. Milk - 1/2 Litre
2. Lemon - 4-5 drops
Method
1. In a wide pan take milk and bring to a boil on medium flame.
2. Squeeze 4- 5 drops of lemon juice into it and stir well using a spatula by mixing continuously.
3. Rest the milk aside until it cools down completely. You can check that the milk curdles when cooled. Take a bowl with a strainer.
4. On a strainer, put a cheese cloth or any cotton cloth and strain the curdled milk.
5. Tie the mixture in the same cloth and squeeze out excess water. Wash this strained mixture by pouring water on the cloth to remove the sourness of the lemon.
6. Hang it on a tap vertically for an hour or two so that so that the remaining water drips off.
7. Soft Paneer is now ready. You can make it into any shape as desired by keeping weight over it.
