Paneer Omelette | Egg Recipes for Toddlers & Kids
Paneer is high in protein and rich in calcium. Eggs are a good source of iron, protein, and are high in good cholesterol. Both these are helpful in developing a good immune system and help healthy weight gain. This Paneer Omelette can be a great finger food option for your toddlers who are switching to family food.

Paneer Omelette for Babies, Toddlers & Kids
Paneer Omelette

Ingredients
- Paneer - 1 cup grated
- Eggs - 4
- Curry Leaves - 3 chopped
- Onion - 1 chopped(optional)
- Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper Powder - a pinch
- Salt - as required
- Ghee - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
Method
1. In a pan add oil and heat it. Add curry leaves, onion and fry till onion turn translucent. Turn of the flame and mix grated paneer and keep aside the mixture.
2. Take a bowl, add eggs and beat till fluffy. Now add spices and salt.
3. Mix again and add the onion and paneer mixture and the omelette mixture is now ready.
4. Heat a pan and pour a ladleful of the omelette mixture and spread it by twisting the pan. Do not spread it too thin. Best to cook with a lid covered.
5. Flip and cook other side and serve it hot.
6. Paneer Omelette is ready to be served.

Method of making Paneer Omelette

Note :
1. Using fried onion is optional. You can just mix paneer, spices with whisked egg and make omelettes too.
2. Prefer making paneer omelette with only egg yolk for babies.
3. Consult your baby’s pediatrician before serving any new food.
