Ingredients

  1. Cashewnuts - 20
  2. Almonds - 20
  3. Pista - 20
  4. Walnuts - 10
  5. Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Sugar - 1/4 cup
  7. Wheat Dough - as needed
  8. Ghee - to cook
  9. Dry Coconut - 1/4 cup

Method

  1. In a mixer, grind the cashew nuts, almonds, pista, walnuts, sugar in mentioned quantities to a coarse powder.
  2. Transfer this to a bowl, add Cardomom powder, Dry Coconut. Mix it well and keep aside. Now paratha filling is ready.
  3. Now as we do chapati or any other paratha, prepare the dough and take the required quantity of dough to a medium-sized ball, dust it with atta flour, make it as a cup to prepare for filling, add the filling as needed. It's always good to add more filling to make paratha tastier for kids.
  4. Close the cup without any gaps, again dust it with some flour and roll gently. Make the thickness as a medium.
  5. Cook with it ghee both sides.
  6. Dry Fruits paratha is ready.

Method of making Dry Fruits Paratha
