Quantity of Soaked Almonds for Babies & Kids – The quantity of soaked almonds to be consumed by babies and kids depends on their age and weight. Generally speaking, 2-3 almonds per day can be given to babies who are 6-8 months old. However, it is best to consult a doctor before starting to give soaked almonds to babies and kids.

Adults can have 6 to 8 almonds a day and kids 3 to 4. Recommended to have it on empty stomach to increase and speed up absorption of the nutrients.
