1. Breastfeed:
Breastfeed protects the baby from illness. Antibodies present in breastmilk can help to fight infection and other viruses. A baby should be breastfed exclusively for the first 6 months. 2. Good Nutrition:

3. Physical exercise:
Sitting for prolonged hours can make your muscle stiff or tight. Even for the babies, carrying them all the time will not allow them to move their body parts. Children need to play, run in the open areas so that they become active with the age. Make a routine for playtime and allow them to explore with free play. Bathing regularly can also aid to wash away other bacteria which can develop due to sweat or heat.

Giving a standard medicine for fever or for a cough is very common. Sometimes parents don’t consult doctors and treat kids as per their own.
