Ingredients
- Apple - 1/2 grated
- Rice - 1/3 Cup
- Ghee - 1 Tsp
Method
- Wash and soak the rice for approx 20 minutes
- Heat ghee in a pressure cooker
- Add rice and grated apple
- Fry it for minute
- Add water and pressure cook it (3 whistles)
- Serve as it is or puree

For apple rice recipe. Instead of using rice soaking and cooking everytime can I use the previously made powdered form of the rice+moong dal (i am using red rice, I soaked for an hr and dry roasted it along with moong dal then I grinded it. I use that as rice cereal) Can I use tat powder and apple to make apple rice?
