Ingredients
- Groundnuts
- Salt
- Water
Method
- Take a pan and roast the ground nuts in medium flame, roast it evenly you will see the small spots on groundnuts and that's when groundnuts are ready. If used high flame roasting will not happen properly.
- Take a bowl of water and dissolve salt in it.
- While the flame is on, add the salt-water to the pan and mix immediately.
- Keep the flame on for just another minute.
- Transfer the contents to a plate and allow it to cool down.
- Salted Groundnuts is ready to be served.

Method of making Salted Groundnuts
