Ingredients
- Apple - 1 Deskinned and roughly chopped
- Banana -1 Peeled
- Water - 1 Cup
- Cinnamon powder - ¼ Spoon
Method
- Take apple chunks deskinned and roughly chopped in a pan.
- To the pan add 1 cup of water.
- Close the lid and cook until it is soft for about 10 minutes, Check for its readiness using a fork.
- Transfer it to the blender jar and allow it cool.
- Once the Apple is cooled, add ripe Banana and cinnamon powder.
- Blend it smooth, until it is a fine puree and no chunks left.
- Serve fresh and warm to the baby.

Method of making Apple Banana Puree
