Ingredients

  1. Ragi powder - 1/2 cup
  2. Oats - 1/2 cup
  3. Organic Jaggery / Dates syrup / Dates Powder - as required
  4. Milk

Method

  1. Dry roast ragi & oats on low flame for 2 minutes till smells nice.
  2. Add milk slowly. Whisk it thoroughly so that they don't form lumps.
  3. Add sweetener and ghee and cook for 5-8 minutes.
  4. Cool & serve
  5. For older kids add dry fruits for garnishing
