WholeWheat Pancake for Babies & Kids | Breakfast or Snackbox Recipe

Schools are about to start and these easy-to-make pancakes are a great breakfast or snack box option – save time and keeps kids happy. If you have a baby at home and interested to give Baby Led Weaning Foods or Finger Foods pancakes make the best as they are soft and easy to handle. WholeWheat Pancake for Babies & Kids

Ingredients
- Wholewheat - 1/2 cup
- Sooji / Rava - 2 tsp
- Banana - 1
- Jaggery - 1 tbsp powder
- Coconut - 1 tbsp scraped (optional)
- Milk - 1/2 cup
Method
- Take a bowl, add 1 whole and ripe banana. Mash it with the help of a fork.
- Add Jaggery Powder(or sugar) and mix it with the help of a whisk until it's dissolved. Be sure to use pure Jaggery Powder or use Dates Syrup or Jaggery Syrup. You can also buy 100% Organic Jaggery Powder here.
- It's time to add Sooji and grated coconut. Add whole wheat followed by milk and mix it lump-free with the help of a whisk.
- If time permits allow the batter to settle for 5 minutes before you start making pancakes. Heat a pan on medium flame. Spread a scoop of batter and drizzle a bit of ghee.
- Turn and cook on both sides and our whole wheat pancakes are ready to be served.

Method of making WholeWheat Pancake for Babies & Kids
